resolves #1545

  • Desktop was forcing conversion on datasets that didn't need a conversion process.
  • I.E. opening a folder of jpgs or pngs and it would attempt to convert a list of data that had a mediaList length of 0
  • Moving this below the check for the arguments for the mediaList length should fix this to prevent jobs running on data that doesn't need to be converted.
