Issue Content

• Renamed Week 1 folder & added Week 2 folder
• Bulk edit Jupyter Notebooks: Added 2 Peer Reviewers, updated 2 badge links (Google Colab, LangChain)
• Bulk delete committed files except for .ipynb file types and files inside the ./data folder.
• Bulk rename files by replacing spaces with hyphens.
