On windows there's a chance that you'll need to install Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable because the plugin won't load otherwise
input-overlay depends on libuiohook by kwhat licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 and my SDL_net fork netlib licensed under the zlib license.
The config editing tool io-cct depends on
all licensed under the zlib license.
