Looks good to me, but tox failing for python 3.9 is a bit troubling. Can you dive into that?

We do want to be able to create any model in environment.py which used MRIReconstruction class to create a RIM. Also since MRIReconstruction can only be used with RIM, there's no reason for them to be a different class.
