  1. This repository is part of the NOAA-EMC, therefore follows the guidelines stated therein.
  2. One of the main purposes of this repository is operational implementation of RTOFS, therefore the utilities, scripts and source code comply with the standards stated in the NCEP WCOSS implementation standards to the extent possible/permitted.
  3. Generation of drafts for some of the scripts/utilities/source code in this repository was assisted by Generative AI tool; the code has been extensively reviewed, edited, and validated by the NWS staff before committing here.
