This branch adds the rotating_gravity_current setup to MOM6-examples/ocean-only/. There are five directories inside of MOM6-examples/ocean-only/rotating_gravity_current/. One is for generating the initial condition NetCDF files, and the other four are setups in 2D and 3D using Z* ALE as well as Layer coordinate configurations. There is also an IPython notebook containing an explanation of this test case with instructions on setting it up. The relevant packages RGC_tracer and RGC_initialization (for a passive tracer and offshore sponge) have already been merged into the MOM6 source code.
