Pull Request Description

Create Misc Well Pump using AHS 2017-2019 tsv_maker. Distribution varies by Census Division, PUMA Metro Status, Building Type, and Foundation Type

Multi-family dwellings have low but non-zero level of well pumps. This is consistent with what the AHS data is showing.

Data Comparison

Good:

  • The AHS data shows well pump prevalence at 11.1% nationwide between 2017 and 2019. Options Saturations show 13.5%, likely due to higher fraction of "In metro area, not/partially in principal city" in ResStock (64%) compared to AHS (53%).
  • Distribution by Geometry Building Type Height, Census Division, and PUMA Metro Status match well between ResStock and source data.
