Pull Request Description
Prevent unsupported HVAC combination where both primary and secondary heating are ducted.
This also prevents ducted heat pumps in the baseline from having ducted secondary heating, because all ducted HP options are assigned integrated backup.
However, where this is relevant, i.e., AK, there is no ducted heat pumps.
