I reformatted the dash about page to make it look better.

  • Now it is not from a markdown.
  • I had to do some adjusting for the video so that we don't have to include it in the repo.
  • As a result, I had to add one package to the requirements.txt for the docker image.
  • I also added the directory structure to the README.md
