If sqlRender is released to OHDSI nexus repo, it will be locatable without the -SNAPSHOT in the version. Let me check to see if it was released that way. |

I checked the nexus repo, the version 1.16.1 is released and you can reference it without SNAPSHOT: So you can update this PR to use the non-snapshot version. |

Unfortunately, the SqlRender release version contains "-SNAPSHOT" postfix in pom.xml
