Removes legacy LaTeX-based user documentation and related build artifacts in favor of the existing ReadTheDocs/Sphinx documentation flow.
Changes:
- Delete
doc/user.texand the olddoc/build_docs.shscript. - Wire the “Key Concepts” content into the Sphinx/ReadTheDocs docs (
index.rst) and refresh cross-references. - Simplify
doc/Makefileto removeuser.pdf/minted-related cleanup paths that are no longer relevant.
