Claim it. Lock it. Don't over-collect.
TaskFlow v2 is the EGO collection crew's claim-gated hours pool. Reserve the hours you'll actually work, lock the task for everyone (well — almost; see below), auto-return if you don't finish your window, reconcile at end-of-day. Built so no one over-collects a task that's already past its target.

- A web app for a small data-collection crew that takes EGO-mounted-camera footage of household manipulation tasks.
- Backed by a Google Sheet through Google Apps Script — the same sheet the team was already using, just with a real claim/lockout layer on top so the crew can collaborate without stepping on each other.
- Hosted on Vercel as a Next.js app. Installable as a PWA on iOS and Android.
- The sheet has a pool of tasks, each with a target number of collection hours.
- A collector signs in (email + password, or Google sign-in if their address is on the roster) and claims the hours they plan to collect.
- Claimed hours leave the pool. The task stays open to others until every hour is claimed, then it locks.
- If the collector doesn't finish in
2× claimed hours, the claim auto-returns and the hours flow back to the pool. - At end of day (4:30 PM Mexico City time), all open claims release for next-day reconciliation. Collectors enter their actual hours; the difference returns to the pool.
- Pool — every task with its currently-open hours; tap to claim
- Submit — propose a new task for admin approval and release
- Ranks — points leaderboard, weekly challenges, 12 awards across bronze/silver/gold tiers
- Stats — your week and all-time
- Admin — approval queue, project management, manual EOD reset
Plus push notifications for claim-expiry and EOD, customizable themes and avatar colors, per-task how-to-collect instructions, and a forensic per-user watermark on every signed-in screen.

The application source is in a private repository under Obelyth and isn't available for forking, scraping, or download. This is by design — TaskFlow is proprietary internal tooling, not an OSS project. If you'd be a good fit to contribute, contact @ShootJackal directly.
