Updates to Linux instructions based on Overv's request:
GLFW is now installed from a standard package.
Install standard Vulkan packages that are more up-to-date than the LunarG SDK. This gives us Ubuntu 20.04 support.
Update Makefile instructions to reflect the above changes.
