  • add scaffolding for unit tests
  • add support for purchase using cardReference as well as token
  • update base PHP version requirement to 7.2
  • update storeCard parameter to use standard createToken
  • fix typos in README
  • remove createCard/completeCreateCard

Note: test scaffolding failed until the tests/ folder was added with a basic gateway test with a setup method (not running any assertions yet, just the defaults supplied by the tests framework).
