1) Use SplittableRandom instead of ThreadLocalRandom, for slightly improved performance and higher quality simulation 2) JavaDoc comments update 3) Finalised more methods that shall never be overridden, based on this probability implementation
- Added test for clear() behaviour - Version bump to 0.7
- Removed unnecessary updateIndex() call, when we can easily determine the new entries' index value
