Describe the bug
When creating a doc from a template in a shared drive, an error is returned saying that the file is not found.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Configure Create File from Template Action with a destination folder that is in a shared drive (not My Drive)
2. Run action
3. Error returned

Expected behavior
Users should be able to create files from templates that are placed in a folder in a shared drive
