It appears that only the version was updated. This was installed on the pre-release of my Windows in the Canary channel, and the accompanying notice has left me somewhat concerned.
please be more transparent on why its there when there is other options.
The file is from https://github.com/PowerShell/openssh-portable/blob/latestw_all/NOTICE. As the README states, releases are posted to this repository for legacy reasons, but all code is maintained at https://github.com/PowerShell/openssh-portable/tree/latestw_all. Please let me know if that does not clarify things. |

Update winget-releaser action to latest version
Updated the winget-releaser GitHub Action from version a2ac6c7691dd063a6f6e782fdd11090f5ab45525 to 4ffc7888bffd451b357355dc214d43bb9f23917e in the winget.yml workflow file.

@sitiom - thanks for looking into this. For policy reasons, we're no longer about to use tokens from the pwshBot in this repo so I will deprecate this workflow. 9.8.2.0 was added to WinGet - microsoft/winget-pkgs#246571 |
