Re-enable the dsv32 accuracy sglang downstream test: - on PR: only the dsv32 accuracy test runs - on schedule (nightly): dsv32 accuracy + performance both run The standalone dsv32 perf job stays PR-disabled / schedule-only (unchanged). Co-authored-by: Cursor <[email protected]>
