SIOPEN is a marketplace dedicated to empowering UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) by facilitating exclusive transactions of goods and services directly with government agencies.
Operating under the UKPBJ (Unit Kerja Pengadaan Barang/Jasa) of Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, SIOPEN also serves other regencies’ UKPBJ offices that have established Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) to use the platform.
We are a team of passionate developers, engineers, and digital enthusiasts committed to empowering local businesses, government services, and communities through technology. Our projects range from marketplace platforms and public service applications to custom internal tools designed to improve operational efficiency.
