add highlight.js bundles for c, clojure, cmake, cpp, csharp, diff, go, javascript, json, lua, makefile, prolog, python, rust, swift, typescript, and wasm so snippet tabs get full syntax highlighting coverage.
this follows the color syntaxing of github dark theme, also while keeping the doxygen awesome theme untouched beyond code blocks.
