Version bump 0.1.0 → 0.2.0 (pyproject.toml + package.json) to publish the work merged since 0.1.0. PyPI versions are immutable, so a bump is required. Changes since 0.1.0: #16 registry search + launchability filter · #17 binary downloader (raw executables + single-file .bz2/.gz/.xz; all 36 registry agents now launchable) · #18 architecture/dev-guide gap-fill.
The sdist carried only the Python + TS sources, so building it required a `jlpm build` (Node + network) — which an isolated builder like conda-forge can't do. Add the labextension to the sdist artifacts so it ships prebuilt; the existing `skip-if-exists` then skips the npm build, making install from the sdist self-contained (verified: installs with no Node tooling on PATH).
