This PR adds an Azerbaijani (az_az) translation.
New file gfx/translations/az_az.json: 42 strings, all filled in, same key order as gfx/translations/en_us.json.
New file gfx/translations/az_az.splashes.txt: 136 lines, same order as gfx/translations/en_us.splashes.txt, placeholders kept.
gfx/translations/languages.json: added az_az as Azərbaycan dili.
