Features:

1. Added a plugin.yml to support some Paper versions below 1.19.4, still requires Java 17.

Fixes:

1. Tpsbar/rambar becomes transparent after reconnecting
2. Removed unused line in settings.yml

Added more information to settings.yml.
Added customizable /ram command.
Removed decimals from /rambar percent to make it equal to Purpur's implementation.

First release and probably the only one as it's a very simple project, it's very likely it won't need updates.
Compatible from 1.19.4+ and tested in 1.21.3
