This PR fixes various 404 links in references.
The big contributors are the harmj0y blog which changed url structure and the cyberwardog blog which has removed various blog posts. I tried to follow convention by linking to the web archive version but I am also open to removing them if that makes more sense. There are a few other typo fixes and url changes.
