this allows to change the default AND-Search for mutiselect fields to be an OR-Search

This allows to change the default AND-Search for the Mutiselect / Checkboxgroup Fields to be an OR-Search.
If it does't make sense for the checkbox group I can update this pull to only make the changes for the multiselect field
This shouldn't break existing applications as the default behavior is the same as before.
