This PR introduces two new pages to the website:
A new landing page to serve as the primary entry point for users.
A custom 404 "Not Found" page for a more consistent user experience.

Refactors the 404.html page to use the new theming conventions
Updates the index page to use the new theming conventions. This commit also fixes the mobile hamburger menu and refines page animations for a smoother user experience.
