A Collection of Useful Functions for Gupta SQLWindows Team Developer TD 5.1 and Higher (UNICODE)

This repository contains a collection of helpful functions for use with Team Developer (TD) version 5.1 and later.

• Add new or updated functions, including documentation with author, date, version, and description.
• Submit a pull request to merge your changes into the official repository.

############################### USAGE ########################

• Open the SALExtensionWXX.apl file in the TD IDE (where XX corresponds to your TD version).
• Compile the file and resolve any compile errors by commenting out duplicate functions. Note: Duplicate functions may exist if Gupta introduced the same function names in later TD versions.
• Once compiled, you can include SalExtension in your project or selectively copy the functions you need.

Recommendation

Avoid including the entire SalExtension library in production projects. Doing so will increase the size of your source code and runtime, often with unused functionality. Instead, copy only the specific functions you need and integrate them into your project structure.

  • VisPic functions: VT handle internal change on TD 7.0. These functions will now check TD version and use correct offsets
