Kevin fixed code and implemented tinker - #191

Thanks @kevinmathz! The substantive work here looks like the ~7 files under examples/ (the tinker integration and the play scripts). As it stands, though, the PR also commits ~4,600 result files under results/.../game_logs/*.json — roughly +8.1M lines across 4,630 files — plus a stray file literally named =0.46.1 that looks like a redirected pip install line. Those run artifacts shouldn't live in the framework repo.

Recommend closing this and reopening a focused PR limited to the examples/ changes, with results/ added to .gitignore. Happy to review a slimmed-down version.
