Added MIT license notice && added developement area for patching args to support hw acceleration NB: very WIP and assumes all nodes support a given hwaccel

More comments within, but essentially using the bodge as proposed in UnicornTranscoder/UnicornFFMPEG#11 looking for certain strings of different encoders and decoders and the ability to substitute them. in the case of hw filters, this will get more involved, but should still work fine. this implementation is a little bit ham fisted in that, any HW accels set to on are assumed to work for all transcode nodes |
