The Board Logo can be changed in the Admin Area under Admin > Settings > Board Settings > Board Logo

The drop down shows all logos (images) from the folder Images\Logos or under DNN DesktopModules\YetAnotherForumDotNet\Images\Logos

A logo need to be uploaded to that folder first before it will show up in the drop down.
