kmt-09-cb2: Add support of Cubieboard2-based Nevoton KMT-09 board

Current incarnation of kmt-09 is built on top of Cubieboard2 so
re we're CB2 stuff heavily.

kmt-09 sports AU Optronics g070vw01_v0 LVDS screen on which we put
our own branded splash-screen in U-Boot.

Note Linux kernel deals with CB2's LCD via so-called simplefb.
Basically U-Boot does initialization of the screen and passes
basic info about that live framebuffer device like its
base-address, dimensions, bpp etc. Because of that we don't do any
specific video setup in the kernel.
