cd ffmpeg-http-ts-cgi
chmod +x cgi-bin/rtsp.cgi
busybox httpd -h . -p 8080

#play with mpv

mpv http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/rtsp.cgi/rtsp://x.x.com/live
