I updated each algorithm example to use mathjax for the complexities.

The rendering of the mathjax should be better now. I realized I was using $$ {some latex} $$ and the double $$ renders the latex HTML with display block. Then I was overwriting the CSS property to use inline. I just switched it to $ {some latex} $ and the mathjax is inlined now. Before it was very noticeable that the mathjax was being rendered and the css property was being changed. It looks a lot smoother now when it loads.
