Uploads an install.sh and version file for a given repo into R2 and S3. This makes them accessible via
get.anchore.io/APPto access theinstall.sh(e.g.curl -sSfL https://get.anchore.io/grype | sudo sh -s -- -b /usr/local/bin). This additionally takes care of handling the version file used by applications to see if there is an update (e.g.https://get.anchore.io/grype/version).
