  • Added distcp action
  • Fixed issue with inability to use HDFS with enabled smart client in use cases with several clusters
  • Added GitHub CI script for running tests on PRs

For some reason GitHub didn't automatically start CI after this PR opened, as it was done for PR in the fork. See CI job run results for the same commits in the fork.
