There are actually two parts of the cleanup here:

  1. Remove src/android/android.c which contains a2_set_errno(), which is no longer used after the removal of ftruncate64 syscall wrappers in 5ca9cb6.

  2. Remove -lstdc++ (which is the default) and -lsupc++ (which is not needed nowadays).
