save and restore "project mode"

this has been annoying me during reboots

waste more time!

- don't annoyingly reopen documents at first save anymore
- adjust "sticky" headers to match theme colors; remove their awful blur view
- more themes lol
- respect system scrollbar setting (restore old behavior with `defaults write website.amys.ycode2 AppleShowScrollBars WhenScrolling`)
