The text says "URL," but the screenshot uses a shortened org/repository form. Is there a consistent name for this?
Also: what's the minimum Atom/apm version necessary to install packages like this? Might be worth mentioning in case someone has fallen behind.

Good question; Kat and I tackled that several months ago so it should be fine by now.
