Description

Migrate the legacy logout functionality to the current Next.js app.

The old debugger-page.js had a logOut() method that cleared auth state and redirected Auth0 users to the provider's logout endpoint. The new StepFour component had a "Log Out" button rendered but with no handler wired up.

Testing

1. Run npm run dev and configure the playground with an Auth0 server
2. Complete the full OIDC flow (Steps 1-4)
3. Click "Log Out" — verify localStorage is cleared and browser redirects to https://{domain}/v2/logout?client_id={id}&returnTo={origin}
4. Configure with a non-Auth0 server (e.g., Google)
5. Complete the flow and click "Log Out" — verify state resets to Step 1 without redirect
6. Click "Start Over" — verify it still works as before (clears tokens, no redirect)

• This change adds test coverage for new/changed/fixed functionality
