Issue number: #6913

Summary

This PR integrates our matured SSM parameter update workflow into the main release pipeline, eliminating the need to run it as a separate process.

Changes

  • Added SSM update step to the main pipeline definition file
  • Updated environment configurations to support the integrated workflow

Hey @dreamorosi I need your review here.

You can ignore workflow errors because I tried to run the workflow on this branch, but the GH environment that SSM workflows run in has a protection that only allows to run on the develop branch.
