Adds support for the Codeberg hosting platform. This includes: - A new `Codeberg` platform definition with its own icon and domain. - URL templates for generating links to files and commits on Codeberg. - A test suite to verify the correctness of the generated URLs. To add support for the increasingly popular Codeberg hosting platform without having to add Custom Platform.
This PR includes

I opened a repo locally. I was able to get generate a working link to a files with line number.
