I'm not really in favor of this change. I think we have two more sane approaches:
- Make the timeout time something reasonable, like 1 minute
- Use different APIs to more accurately do what we want (show tooltip until you mouse off): https://chatgpt.com/share/68d302a2-cb90-800b-8a88-475e7be0d3a1

I'm still having trouble writing the custom widget for popup, so I'll change the timeout to 1 minute for now while I find ways to make this work, so we have a working fix for the time being |
