только одно — innodb_numa_interleave=OFF в percona/my.cnf добавлен без объяснения. на не-NUMA хостах это просто гасит варнинг, на NUMA может и иметь значение. комментарием бы пояснить зачем

У Percona / Mysql 8.0 EOL уже в конце этого месяца: https://endoflife.date/mysql
Я добавил возможность указывать версию (8.0 или 8.4). По дефу теперь 8.4
Также поменял дефолтный образ с mysql на percona по двум причинам:
