* fix: consistent file display across all pages Show workspace-rooted path instead of bare filename on RecentPage, SearchPage, and InReviewPage. ProjectPage keeps using base filename since files are already shown within their source context. - RecentPage: reuse shared file-row layout classes, remove redundant recent-file-specific CSS, show path as primary with project as subtitle - SearchPage: show path instead of name as primary display - InReviewPage: add title fallback and subtitle span - ProjectPage in-review section: add title fallback and subtitle span - Backend: add Title field to ReviewFileEntry, populate from cache Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <[email protected]> * test: add title/subtitle presentation tests for all file-rendering pages Each page now has a test verifying that when a file has a title set, the title is shown as primary text and the path (or name on ProjectPage) is shown as the subtitle.
