Describe the PR

New optionally scoped slot custom-foot to allow users to provide their own custom footer content.

Contents of this slot will be rendered inside a <b-tfoot> component. Users should use <b-tr> and <b-th>/<b-td> sub components to build their desired footer structure.

Scoped props passed to the slot:

• items a shallow copy of the displayed rows item data (array of objects)
• fields a shallow copy of the normalized fields array in array of objects form
• columns the number of columns (fields) in the table.

If the foot-clone prop is set, then the custom-foot slot will not be shown.
