VoiceStudio 0.5.0 — the VoiceStudio era

The rename release: one identity across the app, docs and installers;
the Model Catalogue; engine switching from anywhere; remote GPU workers;
hardened server mode; gallery voices as local profiles. Release notes in
CHANGELOG.md.

v0.4.1

19 reported issues, across ROCm, Windows, macOS, Linux first-run, dubbing and
error legibility.

Highlights:
- AMD GPUs are used again — every ROCm host was silently running on the CPU
- macOS 12 launches again instead of dying on startup
- A port conflict says so, instead of "Backend died (exit code 1)"
- A truncated model download resumes instead of aborting the install
- Exporting a voice or dub works when the name isn't spelled in Latin letters
- Deleting a dub no longer un-deletes itself
- Several failures that arrived as raw OS text now say what to do about them

(Cargo.toml, pyproject.toml, version.py fallback) to 0.3.22; uv.lock +
Cargo.lock refreshed; CHANGELOG's Unreleased section (29 entries) becomes
## [0.3.22] — 2026-07-14 with the headline, split Added blocks merged.

Gates on the frozen content, all green before any version mutation:
backend 3033 + 204, frontend 1253, format, lockstep 6/6.

v0.3.21 — the memory release

Fixed (16 GB OOM class): idle-release the dictation ASR (debpalash#1104) + one TTS engine resident
at a time (debpalash#1105) — backend idle footprint drops from ~6.2 GB toward ~2 GB. Two unload()
leaks fixed (no-op engine unloads; faster-whisper wrong attr).
Added: Settings → Storage pair — scoped Reset & remove (debpalash#1100) + in-app uninstaller (debpalash#1089/debpalash#1099).

v0.3.20 — the follow-through release

Fixed:  debpalash#1101 'Can't reach the local backend' could still fire on 0.3.19 — the debpalash#1094 fix asked
        the shell once, but the shell learns of a dead backend from a 2s poll, so it still heard
        'ready'. 'ready' is now a stale belief, not an authority. Also: uninstaller left the
        backend log dir behind on Linux/Windows.
Added:  In-app uninstall — Settings → Storage → Remove all data (debpalash#1089/debpalash#1099).

v0.3.19 — the honesty release

Added:  streaming playback preview (debpalash#1088); clean uninstaller + data-location docs (debpalash#1097)
Fixed:  dub stream-drop names the real cause (debpalash#1062); "Can't reach the local backend" no longer
        fires during starts/restarts (debpalash#1094); a dead HF mirror no longer strands the wizard (debpalash#1094)
