The documentation for package_relationship_update is unclear as to what arguments are required, and which properties can be updated. It appears as though the scope for updating package relationship object properties are limited to only the
comment. Thesubject,objectandtypeproperties are used to identify the relationship to be updated.idisn't used at all.
