- Migrate tests CI to GitHub Actions
- Use Markdown for README and reviewed content
- Added some minimal testing guidelines
Also did a full review, simplifying things and updating sections according to the current practices. Added the CKAN compatibility table proposed on #5224

I've marked this as a Backport candidate so 2.9 extensions get the new good stuff. I think it's safe, any thoughts? |
