Description

Adds two SKILL.md files in the canonical skills/ publishing location so this repo can be installed as a skill source via gh skill install cli/cli <skill>.

skills/gh/SKILL.md - lean guide to the agentic pain points of using gh as a whole.
skills/gh-skill/SKILL.md - lean self-management guide so an agent can use gh skill to discover/preview/install/update/publish its own skills.

Notes

I'm intentionally not inflating these skill files with exhaustive data that most models already know about. Let's focus on the pain points, keep the token consumption lean.

Let's remove the shorthand and restrict agents to only use full flag names rather than shorthands. Maybe this should be noted at the top.

I actually prefer it uses shorthand for a tiny token efficiency win. Is that ok?

Avoids drift between this skill and the actual validation logic in publish. Agents should run `gh skill publish --dry-run` to learn the current rules from the source of truth. Co-authored-by: Copilot <[email protected]>

Addresses review feedback on PR #13244: - Flag that --template/-T collides with body-template flags on pr create / issue create, so agents should check --help. - Recommend the single quoted-string form for gh search (matching --search), since multi-arg invocations join oddly and can produce invalid queries.
