I made a start on the wrangler side of this, over at cloudflare/workers-sdk#11393 . It's very much a WIP draft, but it hopefully shows the direction I'm going in if you want to give early feedback.

I added a <details/> section called "screenshots of things that don't look quite right" to track things that might want to be fixed before this cloudflare-docs PR gets merged. I can move the relevant bits onto this PR if you want.
